Hongqiang Group (002809.SZ) subsidiary Hongqiang Chemical signed a framework agreement for cooperation on polyether polyol products with CNOOC Shell.

(referred to as "Hongqiang Chemical") and China National Offshore Oil Corporation Shell Petrochemical Company Limited (referred to as "CNOOC Shell") have signed a "Polyether Polyol Product Cooperation Framework Agreement".
