On June 24, 2025, the company signed the above-mentioned Guinea West Mangdo Iron Ore Mining Operation and Maintenance Contract with Simfer S.A. The total contract amount is approximately 267 million US dollars, equivalent to approximately 1.913 billion RMB (calculated at the China Foreign Exchange Trading Center on June 24, 2025 at the exchange rate of 7.1656).
