On June 24, a spokesperson for the Iraqi military announced that multiple bases or facilities of the Iraqi army were hit by suicide drones in the early morning of that day. The spokesperson for the General Command of the Iraqi Armed Forces, Sabah Numan, stated in a declaration that in this attack, radar facilities at the Taji Military Camp in northern Baghdad and the Imam Ali Military Base in Diyala Province were severely damaged, but there were no casualties reported at the moment. Numan stated that the Iraqi military thwarted attacks targeting four other different locations, all of which were completely under the control of the Iraqi military. A high-level technical and intelligence committee has been formed by the Iraqi side to investigate the attacks.
