New Western Energy: Plans to invest no more than 200 million RMB to establish a production base in Thailand.

West Deane New Power announces that the company plans to establish a subsidiary "West Deane New Power Holding Ltd." in Hong Kong, a wholly-owned subsidiary "West Deane New Power International Trading Ltd." in Hong Kong, a subsidiary "West Deane New Power Investment Pte. Ltd." in Singapore, and a subsidiary "West Deane New Power Industrial Co., Ltd." in Thailand. The Hong Kong subsidiary and Singapore subsidiary will each contribute 10% and 90% of the capital to establish a subsidiary in Thailand, with the ultimate goal of investing in and constructing a production base in Thailand. The company plans to use its own funds not exceeding 200 million RMB for this external investment, which will mainly be used for setting up and operating overseas companies, purchasing land, constructing factory buildings, purchasing equipment, providing initial working capital, and other related matters.
