Implement policies for cross-provincial housing provident fund loans and withdrawals, reasonably increase the amount of housing provident fund loans, support depositors to apply for personal housing provident fund loans while withdrawing housing provident fund to pay for down payment. Promote the renovation of old houses with new ones and accelerate the process of transferring ownership across different banks for second-hand houses.
