Ding Lei steps down as executive director of Netease's affiliated company Cloud Communication.

Tianyancha App shows that recently, Hangzhou NetEase Cloud Technologies Co., Ltd., an affiliated company of NetEase, has undergone a business change. Ding Lei has stepped down as the legal representative, executive director, and general manager, while Ruan Liang has taken over as the legal representative and also holds positions as a director and manager. Meanwhile, several other executives have also experienced changes. The company was established in July 2009 with a registered capital of 22 million euros and its business scope includes research and development of computer software, network communication products, network technology, e-commerce technology, and electronic publishing technology. It is wholly owned by Hong Kong Netease Interactive Entertainment Limited.
