45 mobile applications illegally collected and use personal information have been reported.

Under the "Cybersecurity Law" and "Personal Information Protection Law" and other laws and regulations, in accordance with the requirements of the "Announcement on Carrying Out the 2025 Special Action for Personal Information Protection by the Cyberspace Administration of China, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Public Security, and State Administration for Market Regulation", 45 mobile applications were found to illegally collect and use personal information during testing by the Computer Information System Security Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Public Security. They did not disclose their collection and usage rules. One of the mobile applications involved is "Qing'e", which did not inform users of the purpose when requesting permissions to collect personal information. Another mobile application involved is "Geng Yun Weather Forecast".
