According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Xiamen Run Shi New Energy Co., Ltd. was established with Zhang Yu as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1.82 million yuan. Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply, electrical installation services, battery sales, IoT technology research and development, IoT technology services, IoT application services, software development, and software sales. According to QiChaCha's equity penetration display, the company is indirectly wholly-owned by CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited).
