According to the Wise Finance APP, on June 23, Quantum Physics, AI and Robot Medicine and New Materials Research and Development Platform Crystal Technology (02228) announced a strategic cooperation with DoveTree LLC, founded by the American chemical biology leader Gregory Verdine, with a total amount of several billion dollars. The agreement stipulates that DoveTree will obtain exclusive global rights in the fields of tumors, autoimmunity, and neurological diseases, and Crystal Technology will receive a total of $100 million in down payment (including $51 million + $49 million) within 10 days and 180 days after signing the contract, and will be eligible to receive several billion milestone payments and single-digit royalties.
