The QiChaCha APP shows that recently, Mianzhu Aorui Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Yibin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes: non-metallic mineral product manufacturing; technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchange, technology transfer, and technology promotion. Equity penetration displayed by QiChaCha shows that the company is jointly held by Tianshan Stock, Sichuan Siteli Lithium Industry Co., Ltd. under Cuihua Jewelry, and Beijing Kaijian Building Materials Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongcai International.
