A-shares private placements overview: 15 companies disclosed progress in private placements.

According to Wind data, on June 24th, a total of 15 A-share companies released announcements related to private placements. Among them, 3 companies disclosed their proposed private placement plans, 8 companies had their proposed plans approved by shareholders' meetings, 2 companies had their proposed plans approved by the exchange, 1 company had their proposed plan suspended, and 1 company had already completed its proposed plan. As of the latest disclosure of private placement plans on that day, Orient Tantalum Industry and BeiJieTe had the highest proposed fundraising amounts, with plans to raise not more than 1.2 billion yuan and 1.0 billion yuan respectively. So far this year, 65 companies have announced that their private placement plans have been completed, with 29 companies raising more than 10 billion yuan. Specifically, China Bank, Postal Savings Bank of China, and Bank of Communications had the highest fundraising amounts for private placements, with a total of 165.0 billion yuan, 130.0 billion yuan, and 120.0 billion yuan respectively.
