On Monday, during the closing session in New York, spot gold remained roughly unchanged, trading at $3369.10 per ounce. After opening higher with a gap, it quickly rose to $3395.07 at 06:01 Beijing time, then turned lower and hit a daily low of $3347.21 at 13:36, showing a V-shaped trend throughout the day. COMEX gold futures rose by 0.11% to $3387.80 per ounce, also displaying a V-shaped trend with a trading range of $3361.40-3413.80. The Philadelphia Gold and Silver Index rose by 1.39% to 207.78 points, with US stocks showing a significant rise at the opening, maintaining high levels throughout the day. Spot silver rose by 0.43% to $36.1640 per ounce, while COMEX silver futures rose by 0.42% to $36.170 per ounce. COMEX copper futures rose by 1.18% to $4.8910 per pound, opening lower at $4.77 in the Asia-Pacific session and mostly trading at low levels throughout the day before starting a rising trend after 00:30 Beijing time.
