Guigang City People's Hospital reported on June 23 that at 13:31 on June 13, a traffic accident occurred on Xianyi Road, Guigang City, Old West Station section. A patient suffered from trauma due to the car accident. After receiving a request for help from the public, the 120 command and dispatch center dispatched medical personnel from Guigang City People's Hospital to go out and carry out emergency rescue tasks. Upon arrival at the scene, medical staff found that the patient had nasal bleeding and other injuries. Because the patient was only 16 years old and the family members were not present at the scene at the time of the incident, the patient's friends on the scene could not decide whether to agree to transport the patient. After contacting the family members through the police, the doctor informed the family members of the risks associated with the patient's condition. With the consent of the family members, medical staff, police officers, and the patient's friends took necessary measures to transport the patient to the hospital. After arriving at the hospital, relevant examinations were completed and targeted treatments were provided. The diagnosis was multiple injuries and nasal bone fractures. The hospital recommended hospitalization, but the family members ultimately chose outpatient treatment. After more than 4 hours of observation in the emergency room, the patient's vital signs stabilized, and the family members took the patient back home. Throughout the entire treatment process, the family members had no objections to the examinations and treatments.
