(referred to as "Huazhi Investment"), plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through block trading or centralized bidding trading from July 15, 2025 to October 14, 2025, with a total amount not exceeding 2.2918 million shares (accounting for 0.9754% of the company's total share capital).
