"China Finance and Economics App News, Kuangyi International (01683.HK) announced that all conditions of the placement agreement have been met, and the placement has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement on June 23, 2025. A total of 141 million shares of placement shares have been successfully placed by the placement agent to no fewer than six subscribers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement at a placement price of 0.6 Hong Kong dollars per share."
