According to the news from the WiseFinance APP, Dianguang Technology (002730.SZ) announced that the company has decided to jointly invest in setting up Beijing Dianguang Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beijing Dianguang Cloud") with Huang Kaiyu using their own funds. The registered capital of Beijing Dianguang Cloud is planned to be 10 million yuan, with the company investing 5.5 million yuan using their own funds, accounting for 55% of the registered capital; Huang Kaiyu will invest 4.5 million yuan using his own funds, accounting for 45% of the registered capital.
