Aikolong (300816.SZ) controlling shareholder plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 3%

Smart Finance APP News, Aikolan (300816.SZ) announced that the controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman Mr. Liu Yi plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 2,362,200 shares (3% of the total share capital excluding the shares in the repurchase special securities account) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the disclosure of the announcement. Mr. Liu Yi currently holds 31.1086 million shares of the company, accounting for 38.89% of the total share capital and 39.51% of the total share capital excluding the shares in the repurchase special securities account.
