On June 23, ESR announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the relevant matters related to the proposal to privatize ESR through an agreement arrangement in accordance with Article 86 of the Companies Act. The announcement stated that the agreement arrangement has been approved by the court and is expected to take effect on June 30, 2025. ESR has applied to cancel the listing status of its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has approved the cancellation of the listing status of its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to take effect from 4pm on July 3, 2025 (Thursday).
