According to a release from Shanghai, the Municipal Committee's Committee for Comprehensive Deepening of Reforms held a meeting this afternoon. The meeting heard a report on the progress of the comprehensive reform pilot project in Pudong New Area, emphasizing the need to fully utilize the role of Pudong as a test field for reform and opening up, to handle the relationship between building and breaking, internal and external, individual trees and the forest, to comprehensively promote the landing and implementation of pilot tasks, and to continue to amplify the comprehensive effects of the reforms. All departments should take the lead, take initiative, work together with Pudong to ensure implementation, focus on key areas of reform tasks, promote continuous optimization and adjustment of policies, accelerate replication and promotion, and create scale effects.
