Yang Huahui, the chairman of Xingzheng Global Fund, stepped down and was replaced by Zhuang Yan.

CICC Global Fund announced today that Yang Huahui, the Chairman and legal representative of the company, has resigned for reasons related to his age. The Chairman's position will be temporarily held by Zhuang Yuanfang, the General Manager of CICC Global Fund. On June 11th, China International Capital Corporation (CICC) held a cadres meeting, where Chairman Yang Huahui bid farewell to CICC after eight years of leadership due to his age. As a subsidiary of CICC, CICC Global Fund also underwent a leadership team adjustment.
