Fosun Group: To sell 102,000 shares of Homa Technology.

Fuaoo Group Announcement: In order to optimize asset structure and improve asset operation efficiency, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fuaoo Liaoning Automotive Spring Co., Ltd., plan to sell all the shares of Hanma Technology Group Co., Ltd. held by them, totaling approximately 10,200 shares. The board of directors has authorized the management committee to dispose of these shares at their discretion within 12 months based on market conditions. The transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a significant asset restructuring and does not require shareholder approval.
