YTO Express International Express (06123.HK): Independent non-executive director Xu Junmin is transferred to the chairman of the nomination committee.

Zhito Financial News APP, YTO Express International (06123.HK) announced that, starting from June 23, 2025, Mr. Yu Huijiao, a non-executive director and chairman of the board, will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee; non-executive director Ms. Wang Lixiu has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee; and independent non-executive director Mr. Xu Junmin (who is already a member of the nomination committee) has been reassigned as the chairman of the nomination committee.
