According to reports, ByteDance has released a new issue of its anti-corruption bulletin, in which former Seed Language Model Responsible Qiomu and associated HRBP have been dismissed. The specific content of the bulletin is that a former Seed employee and a former HRBP who supported their team had a close relationship, which is considered a prohibited conflict of interest scenario. Both individuals did not declare the conflict of interest and made false statements multiple times during the investigation. The company has dismissed both individuals and withheld their entire year-end bonuses. ByteDance has not yet issued an official statement on this matter.
