Gongda Acoustics: Increase investment in Hong Kong Tree Wei Peng by HKD 88.35 million.

Guodada Acoustics Announcement: The company intends to inject 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Gettop Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia into its wholly-owned subsidiary Shuweipeng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong in the form of capital increase. After the completion of this transaction, the registered capital of Shuweipeng in Hong Kong will be increased from HK$10,000 to HK$88.35 million, and it will still be a first-level wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, while the Malaysian company will be adjusted to a second-level subsidiary of the company. The transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring and still needs the relevant government departments of the subsidiary's registration location to complete registration and filing procedures.
