Financial news from Wisdom Finance app, China Construction (01582.HK) announced that on June 23, 2025, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Construction Environmental Protection, in conjunction with the original joint venture shareholders, have entered into a capital increase agreement. As of the date of the agreement, the registered capital of the joint venture company is RMB 50 million, of which the original joint venture shareholders has only paid RMB 10 million. According to the capital increase agreement, the contracting parties have agreed to increase the registered capital of the joint venture company from RMB 50 million to RMB 96.5 million, with Tiantai Construction, the company, and Zhejiang Construction Environmental Protection agreeing to inject RMB 40.18 million, RMB 45.35 million, and RMB 0.965 million respectively in cash under the terms and conditions of the agreement.
