CITIC Securities announced that the 32nd meeting of the 6th Board of Directors of the company was held on June 23, 2025. The meeting elected Su Junliang as the chairman of the 6th Board of Directors, with a term until the new Board of Directors is elected. At the same time, Su Junliang was also elected as a member and convener of the Strategy and ESG Committee, a member and convener of the Risk Control Committee, and a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee of the 6th Board of Directors of the company.
