CNOOC: Ye Jifeng resigned as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

China National Petroleum Corporation announced on June 23rd that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Senior Vice President and CFO Ye Jifeng. Due to personal family reasons, Ye Jifeng has resigned from his position as Senior Vice President and CFO of the company and will no longer hold any position in the company after his resignation. Ye Jifeng's departure will take effect from the date the resignation report is delivered to the company's board of directors.
