Xiushang Era Holdings (01849.HK) delays the publication of its full-year financial results for 2025 and continues to suspend trading.

Intelligence Finance APP News, Xiu Shang Era Holdings (01849.HK) announced that, according to Rule 13.49(3) of the Listing Rules, if the company fails to publish its full-year financial performance for 2025 within the specified deadline, the company must disclose the financial performance prepared based on unaudited financial statements that have not been agreed upon by the auditor (if such information is available). After careful consideration, the board of directors believes that it is not appropriate for the company to publish unaudited management accounts for the year ended June 30, 2025 at this stage, as these accounts may not accurately reflect the financial performance and/or status of the group, and publishing unaudited management accounts may confuse shareholders and potential investors and lead to misleading information.
