WuXi AppTec announced that the company has completed the second stock repurchase of 2025, repurchasing a total of 15,775,377 shares, accounting for 0.5462% of the total share capital. The repurchase amount was 1,000,001,057.93 yuan. The repurchased shares will be used for cancellation and reduction of registered capital.
