Zhixin Finance and Economics APP news, Zhongjun Business Management (00606.HK) announced that, effective from June 23, 2025, Mr. Huang Lun, Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, will no longer serve as a member and chairman of the Nomination Committee; Ms. Ku Weihong, Executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; Mr. Wang Yongping, Independent Non-Executive Director, has been reassigned from a member of the Nomination Committee to the chairman of the Nomination Committee.
