On June 23, Liding Optoelectronics announced that its controlling shareholder, Xiamen Yiweida Investment Co., Ltd., had released 6.1 million shares of pledged stock on June 20, 2025, accounting for 1.49% of the company's total share capital. After the release of this pledge, Yiweida's pledged shares in the company are zero, while Yiweida and its concerted parties collectively pledged 14.37 million shares of the company, accounting for 3.98% of their shareholdings and 3.50% of the company's total share capital.
