On June 23, Honghui New Materials announced that shareholder Xiang Hongwei has released a pledge of 6.5 million shares, accounting for 15.62% of his holdings and 3.57% of the company's total share capital. The pledge began on September 3, 2024, and the pledgee was Huaxi Securities Co., Ltd. After the release of the pledge, Xiang Hongwei no longer holds pledged shares.
