India initiates an anti-dumping investigation against the European Union on nitro toluene.

On June 16, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notice stating that it has initiated an anti-dumping investigation into p-nitrotoluene originating from or imported from the European Union in response to applications from Indian companies. The products involved in this case fall under the Indian Customs code 29042050. The dumping investigation period for this case is from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, and the injury investigation periods are from 2021 to 2022, 2022 to 2023, 2023 to 2024, as well as from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
