On June 23, Xingwang Ruijie announced that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from Vice General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and Board Secretary Li Huaiyu. Due to work adjustment reasons, Li Huaiyu applied to resign from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the company, but will continue to serve as Vice General Manager and Board Secretary after resignation. On the same day, the company held the eighth meeting of the seventh Board of Directors and approved the appointment of Li Yinyan as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. His term of office will start from the date of approval by this Board of Directors and end on the expiration date of this Board of Directors' term.
