Hunan issues orange alert for heavy rain.

The Hunan Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued an orange alert for heavy rain at 15:00 on June 23: It is expected that from 20:00 on the 23rd to 20:00 on the 24th, there will be heavy rain in some areas of southern central Hunan, with localized heavy rain in the central part of Huaihua and Zhuzhou, accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, thunderstorms, strong winds and other severe convective weather, please strengthen precautions. The orange alert areas are: central Zhuzhou, southern Xiangtan, south central Huaihua, most areas of Shaoyang, central and northern Hengyang, and northern Chenzhou.
