Du Chao joins Xiao Peng Huitian as the CFO and Vice President of Xiao Peng Huitian. It is understood that Du Chao led the completion of dozens of overseas listing financing and cross-border M&A projects during his ten years at Deutsche Bank; he later joined a leading education technology group as CFO, responsible for the company's finance, strategy, business analysis, investor relations, and legal work, and led the company to a successful listing on the Nasdaq in the United States. Xiao Peng Huitian revealed that they did not have a CFO before, and Du Chao's appointment is a normal talent recruitment.
