According to the Wisdom Financial APP, on June 23, Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sanhua Intelligent Control", 02050), a leading global manufacturer of refrigeration, air conditioning, and automotive thermal management parts, successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. In this global offering, Sanhua Intelligent Control priced its shares at HK$22.53 per share, issuing a total of 414 million H shares, raising a total of HK$9.336 billion. This offering also includes a 15% overallotment option. Huatai International served as joint sponsors, overall coordinators, joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners, and joint lead managers in this offering.
