According to the Zhitong Financial APP, Huiji Group (00610) announced that Mr. Dan Weibao resigned as the executive director and chairman of the company, as well as no longer serving as the chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration committee, and as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules as of June 21, 2025. Mr. Dan Weibiao has been reassigned from vice chairman to chairman of the company, and appointed as chairman of the nomination committee, and Ms. Zhao Huier has been appointed as the authorized representative.
