Wisdom Financial APP News, Yimaig Company (02522) announced that on June 22, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Ganjiang New Area Yimaig Healthcare Management Co., Ltd. intends to acquire 30.0%, 20.0%, and 20.0% equity of Gao Mai Health from Guangdong Gao Shang Health Technology Group Co., Ltd., Xiamen Gao Shang Medical Imaging Diagnosis Center Co., Ltd., and Hefei Gao Shang Medical Imaging Diagnosis Center Co., Ltd., respectively, for a total consideration of 54 million yuan.
