Xinjunda announced on the evening of June 22nd that the shareholder Minmet Trust - Minmet Trust - Yuzhi Yuanzhan Equity Investment Single Fund Trust No. 2 plan, holding 10.3866% of the shares, will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.00% of the total share capital within three months after fifteen trading days using the method of concentrated bidding, not exceeding 1.9941 million shares; and by no more than 2.00% of the total share capital using block trading, not exceeding 3.9882 million shares.
