Zhongke Chuangxing has become the first private equity investment institution in the country to issue innovation and technology bonds.

Recently, Shaanxi investment institution InnoStar Technology Investment Co., Ltd. successfully issued the "2025 First Tranche Targeted Technology Innovation Bonds" in the interbank bond market, with an issuance size of 400 million yuan, a term of "5+5" years, and an issuance interest rate of 2.10%. This is the first long-term technology innovation bond issued in the bond market by a private equity investment institution on the "technology board".
