On June 20th, at the Wanning Branch of Hainan Rural Commercial Bank, the emergency loan fund pool for Hainan Province enterprises provided Mr. Chen, a farm operator, with over 300,000 yuan of emergency loan funds. This transaction was initiated by Mr. Chen himself, who used the emergency loan funds to first repay his original loan at the bank, and then the bank provided him with a new loan to repay the emergency loan funds. This marks the official launch of the first emergency loan business in Hainan.
