According to the Wisdom Financial APP, the latest data released by the US Conference Committee in June shows that in May 2025, the US Leading Economic Index (LEI) fell slightly by 0.1% compared to the previous month, dropping to 99.0 points (with 2016 as the base value), continuing the sharp decline of 1.4% in April (revised down from the initial 1.0%). The data shows that the LEI has accumulated a 2.7% decline in the six months leading up to May, which is significantly higher than the previous 1.4%, indicating that the momentum of US economic growth is continuing to weaken.
