China Gas (00384.HK) invests 216 million yuan in Zhongran Hongming Power Sales, diluting its shareholding to 77%.

Zhito Finance APP information, China Gas (00384.HK) announced that on June 20, 2025, the target company China Ronghongming Power Sales Co., Ltd. and China Gas (both are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company), China Shuangtan, Huiluolianzhi, and Meiya have entered into a capital increase agreement. According to this agreement, China Shuangtan, Huiluolianzhi, and Meiya agree to subscribe to the target company's newly issued registered capital, representing a total of 23% equity stake in the target company after completion, for a total consideration of RMB 216 million.
