Weichai Power (02338.HK) plans to spin off Weichai Revo and list it on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Financial news app, Wise Finance, Weichai Power (02338.HK) announced that the company plans to spin off its non-wholly-owned subsidiary Weichai Lovol by way of a global offering and list it independently on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
