Weichai Power (000338.SZ) subsidiary Weichai Power Lovol has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for an H-share initial public offering.

Tencent Finance App News, Weichai Power (000338.SZ) announced that the company plans to spin off its subsidiary Weichai Lovol Intelligent Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd. ("Weichai Lovol") and list it on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
