Yirui Technology announced on the evening of June 20th that the total number of shares to be transferred by shareholder Hainan Heyi Investment Co., Ltd. is 6.1224 million shares, accounting for 3.06% of the company's share capital. This transfer of shares is a non-public offering and will not be conducted through centralized auction trading. The transferee of the shares through the inquiry transfer shall not transfer the shares within 6 months after the acquisition.
