The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP annouces that Peng Shunguo International (06163) has released a notice that, starting from June 20, 2025, Mr. Huan Yean San (Mr. Huan), an independent non-executive director of the company, will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee; and Ms. Guo Wanlin, an independent non-executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee. Mr. Huan and Ms. Guo will remain in their positions on the board of directors and other related board committees unchanged.
