Human resource management software provider Info-Tech Systems Corporation has submitted a preliminary prospectus to the Monetary Authority of Singapore, preparing to list on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange. Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) is the exclusive issue manager and global coordinator, and will jointly serve as joint bookrunner and underwriter with Singapore Galaxy International Securities Limited.
