Deluxe Health Announcement: Shareholder Shanghai Yueye, who holds more than 5% of the shares, has recently completed the transfer registration procedures for the 125 million shares held by the company. The bidder, Chen Zhiwenlong, holds 109 million shares of the company, becoming a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company.
